**Objective of Position:**
The Senior Change Management Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing organizational change within Byline Bank. This role is critical in ensuring all changes, including the introduction of new products and processes, align with the institution’s governance and risk management standards. The Senior Change Management Officer works closely with the Risk Management Director to coordinate and implement effective change management strategies that minimize risk and promote operational efficiency.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Change Management Process:
+ Oversee the end-to-end change management process for the organization.
+ Ensure all changes comply with the established change management framework and governance policies.
+ Facilitate impact assessments to identify potential risks associated with proposed changes.
+ Governance and Risk Management:
+ Ensure all changes align with the institution’s governance and risk management standards.
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives and their impact on organizational risk.
+ Provide recommendations to mitigate risks associated with organizational changes.
+ New Product Introduction:
+ Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure new products undergo thorough review and approval processes.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies for all new product launches.
+ Coordination and Communication:
+ Organize and coordinate meetings to review and discuss proposed changes.
+ Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration during the change management process.
+ Develop and deliver regular updates and reports to the Risk Management Director and other stakeholders.
+ Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities to improve the change management process and implement best practices.
+ Provide training and support to staff to enhance understanding and compliance with change management procedures.
+ Project Management support:
+ Support ongoing and new projects that align with enterprise change.
+ Works with project team to outline scope of work and project plan.
+ Confers with project team to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
+ Other:
+ Completes all yearly compliance training and testing and complies with bank, federal and state regulations.
+ Adheres to departmental and bank-wide service standards. Complies with bank policies and procedures.
+ All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in change management, governance, or risk management within a financial institution.
+ Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the banking industry.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
+ Be a strategic thinker and experienced problem-solver.
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Must have leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and drive change.
+ Must possess a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
**Physical Demands/Work Environment:**
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $104,000 to $140,000.
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
