Key Responsibilities:
Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower Resellers and Distributors with the necessary knowledge to promote, sell and support our email, compliance, and cloud security productsPre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Channel Partners to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution design to address customer requirementsChannel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Channel Partners in the region, assisting them in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targetsTechnical Expertise: Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for Proofpoint’s products, addressing complex technical queries, and providing guidance on best practices and implementationSales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presenceFeedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from Channel Partners and customers to identify potential product enhancements and work with product management and development teams to improve solutionsMarket Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to Channel Partner
