ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Transfer business requirements to adhesive performance CTQs.
Developing new emulsion adhesives by emulsion polymerization and formulation to meet requirements.
Adhesive scale up and collaboration with project team for commercialization.
Communication cross regions and with a global team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Lab design and synthesis of emulsion adhesives.
Adhesive scaling up and coating.
Collaboration with project team and marketing to drive innovation and product promotion.
On-site trouble shooting on adhesive manufacturing and coating.
QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Master or above, Preferred in Polymer chemistry or Organic chemistry.
Have industrial experiences in adhesives and coatings. With emulsion polymerization experience is preferred.
Fluent communication in English, working experience with international companies is preferred.
Familiar with analysis of different spectra, e.g. NMR, FTIR, GC-MS, etc.
Teamwork spirit.
