Exciting Opportunity : R&D Chemist - Semiconductor Technology (Lithography) - Korea R&D Center (Dongtan, Korea)

Are you ready to drive innovation in the world of semiconductor Technology?

DuPont is looking for a passionate and talented R&D Chemist to join our Semiconductor Technology (ST) Lithography R&D group at our Korea R&D Center in Dongtan, Korea.

As part of DuPont's Electronics & Industrial R&D organization, a global leader in electronic materials innovation, you will collaborate closely with industry-leading customers to develop cutting-edge solutions for both existing and emerging markets.


Key Responsibilities

Develop key organic materials for photolithography to advance semiconductor technology

Design and synthesize organic small molecules, leveraging expertise in structure-property relationships and synthetic organic chemistry

Identify and optimize efficient synthetic routes to target molecules, delivering high quality results on time

Mendor and advise junior scientists on best synthetic practices and techniques

Work closely with the formulation team to define and enhance product performance.


Qualifications

Ph.D. (or Post-doc.) in Organic Chemistry, Synthesis (Required)

3+ years industrial experience preferred

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), including technical writing and presentations

Effective team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn from others

Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
