Sr. Client Account Consultant - Voluntary Benefits

We are seeking a talented individuals to join our US Voluntary Benefits Team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position acts as a primary client relationship consultant with responsibility for all account servicing, functions as the central point of communication in the department acting as a liaison between various departments and functional areas, consults with the Client Executive/Program Manager in the day-to-day client needs. They also proactively manage tasks and projects that affect administration of the business to achieve timely and effective action on client needs. We are seeking for individuals that apply project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to identify opportunities for process, tool and organizational improvement. Great communications skills as well as a client centric attitude are esencial skills required for this role.

We will count on you to:

Provide knowledge concerning the client’s needs and partners with the Client Executive/Program Manager to complete projectsHandles more complex client issues and makes recommendations by utilizing client service and administration expertiseMentor and provide feedback internally to other team membersImplement marketing plan for the communication of the client’s program to its employeesMonitor all projects to make sure they are on track to ensure commitments are kept and accomplishments realizedEvaluate current processes and determine new solutions and process improvements to create an exceptional employee experienceEstablish a strong relationship with the client and carrier partners and develop an understanding of all aspects of the clientMaintain client required business documentation regarding the clientManage escalated participants issues in partnership with the Client Service Analyst to identify any trends or process improvement needs

What you need to have: 

BA/BS degree preferredProven project management skills or benefits administration experienceProfessional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to handle multiple client projects and meet defined timelinesResults oriented with the demonstrated ability to follow-through on client issues to resolution.
