The UK Enterprise Retail Team works with the largest retail brands in the UK to help them grow their business using Pinterest solutions. Our role is to fund Pinterest’s mission to give people the inspiration to build the life they love via advertising revenue. 

The Senior Account Management Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that the Omnichannel retail team is best equipped to deliver excellent customer service to new and existing advertising partners.

What you’ll do:

Lead the prioritisation and delivery of key account management tasks to ensure optimal service levels.  Establish productive working practices with internal stakeholders  Conduct analysis into partner performance and pro-actively make recommendations Using internal tools to maintain account hygiene.  

 

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisation skills & attention to detail.  Administrative or project management experience.  Understanding of digital marketing essentials. Advantageous - social media advertising Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, on email.  Team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment.  Knowledge of GSuite and in particular Spreadsheets.  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Dublin office.
