About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Client Partner. The ideal candidate will be able to drive services sales opportunities into commercial and enterprise deals and will be able to grow the services revenue on new and existing clients. As a motivated and experienced self-starter, this individual will educate clients about our vision and partners with internal teams and Eightfold prospects and customers to lead strategy and sales of professional services.
This individual will provide a consultative approach to drive implementation and post go-live strategies leveraging the entire Eightfold support and services portfolio. The Sr. Client Partner will partner internally with Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Consultants (SCs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Engagement Managers (EMs), and Regional Leaders as needed to formulate winning professional services proposals and statements of work (SOW) that deliver desired outcomes and continual successful use of the Eightfold platform for our customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Drive customer Professional Services offerings: scoping activities, write Statements of Work, and manage negotiation through the contract lifecycle.
+ Partner with AEs and SCs on early stage opportunities to identify, shape, and scope Services revenue opportunities
+ Own the Services Sales Lifecycle process from opportunity and SOW creation to close.
+ Expand and grow business relationships with new clients, existing clients, and internal Eightfold Sales team.
+ Execute plans to increase Services offerings exposure and identify key market opportunities and growth areas.
+ Respond to or assist the sales team with RFP's, bids and other tenders to grow net new sales.
+ Develop and lead account strategy in conjunction with other Eightfold stakeholders and Professional Services leaders.
+ Lead business planning and quarterly review process as well as regular pipeline review and forecasting activities.
+ Work with our clients and partners based on mutual trust and respect. Transparency and clear communications skills are vital for this role.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
+ 8+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, project management, or delivery role
+ Enterprise level sales experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
+ Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR applications delivery and selling
+ Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients
+ Experience selling into large, complex organizations at the CHRO and Executive levels
+ Ability to influence client’s decisions and advocates for client’s needs to negotiate win-win solutions
+ Ability to effectively negotiate under tight deadlines
+ Strong relationship building skills
+ Ability to solve problems
+ Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
+ Has the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment

*Please note this role is open to all US locations and categorized as remote or hybrid depending upon location. The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
Zone A: SF Bay Area, CA and NYC, NY only: $177,750 to $210,000
Zone B: All other US locations: $151,500 to $202,000
