Sr. Client Reporting Analyst

Who you'll work with:

We are seeking a Nashville based Wealth Management Reporting Senior Analyst to join our reporting team within Wealth Management Operations.

This individual will partner with our vendor (Addepar) to provide consolidated reporting services to our Ultra High Net Worth client segment.  The goal being to provide a consolidated view of client’s assets regardless of manager and custodian. Success allows our Financial Advisors to be the quarterback enabling them to discuss a client’s overall  asset allocation,  performance across managers and risk metrics.

  

What you'll do:

Insight Reporting- produce and quality control consolidated reports for high-net-worth clients

Collaborate with Private Client Sales on new products launches and reporting enhancements

Partner with offshore team and learn all private client reporting processes and functions

Enhance all aspects of the client reporting experience including Bernstein.com

Daily, monthly and custom reporting

Coordinate user acceptance testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes

What we're looking for:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.

Previous client reporting experience is strongly preferred

The candidate must be responsible, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient.

Previous experience using the Addepar platform is strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

The candidate should also have problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks at once is also required.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently research and resolve issues.

The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in generating Excel spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
