Sr. Client Service Specialist

In this role, you would manage the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPIs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Maintain tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). Establish consistent processes for reviewing and assessing service metrics & reporting.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison for internal/external vendors, while ensuring a timely and efficient delivery of printed materialsResearch and provide solutions to day-to-day inquiries and requests by internal and external customersCoordinate document prepress production with internal and external domestic and offshore teamsAssist with the development of workflow processes, procedures and reporting.Liaise between Client, Print Operations, Sales and Client Services to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the printed materialFoster Team Approach and positive relationships with Account Management/Sales and vendorsResponsible for On-Boarding and management of existing and new accountsYou may perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong social and customer service skillsA self-starter with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)Ability work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing circumstancesAbility to multi-task, and excellent time management and follow-up skillsAbility to maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their happiness

Compensation & Benefits:
