Sr. Client Success Associate

As a Sr. Client Success Associate, you will deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a partner and consultant. You should be smart, thoughtful, and deeply understand our product to lead customers to solutions that fit their needs. A successful Sr. Client Success Associate should champion customer advocacy, translating their feedback into actionable insights to inform product roadmaps while managing client relationships and expectations to set new heights in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients under your account portfolio, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Kalibrr’s products or services by conducting training and quarterly business reviews Serve as the main point of contact for handled clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Develop strategic account plans to achieve renewal targets and maximize revenue from existing clients by performing upsell and/or cross-sell to Kalibrr’s product & services Provide consultancy and assistance for existing customers to optimize their hiring process & maximize their Kalibrr Subscription Assisting in vendor registration, contract reviews, and other legal aspects of the platform Collaborating with cross-divisional teams to support customer’s recruitment needs Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats for the company.

Data Analytics

Create analysis of individual performance on a regular basis. Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders and clients. Present findings clearly and concisely, using charts, graphs, and other visualization techniques to highlight key trends and insights. Client Request Data Pull/Analysis Completion following SLA from clients Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
