As\nthe Sr. Collections Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of Collections\nAnalysts, driving success and ensuring that we meet our goals for past due\naccounts and collection metrics within a complex portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish\nand nurture strong communication with the Collections Team, addressing past due\ninvoices and payment trends and resolving disputed invoices while maintaining\nfocus on our collective success. Lead\nimpactful meetings across various functional areas in different businesses to\neffectively resolve escalations.Deliver\nprecise monthly cash receipt forecasts and insightful analyses to guide our\nfinancial journey. Uphold\na business approach that champions customer satisfaction, both for internal\nteams and external partners, creating an environment of trust and\ncollaboration. Inspire\nand support the individual growth of the Collections Team and develop core\ncompetencies necessary for thriving in a dynamic business landscape.

MUST HAVE: 

Bachelor’s\ndegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. A\nminimum of 5 years in credit, collections, cash services, or accounting. Experience\nworking in a Corporate multinational company.Outstanding\noral and written communication skills, enabling you to engage expertly with\nboth internal and external stakeholders.Strong\ncomputer skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in other Microsoft\nOffice products. Familiarity\nwith SAP systems is highly desirable.
