Target Range:

$19.62/hr. - $24.58/hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As a member of the Axos Commercial Banking team, the Senior Commercial Banking Operations Specialist will perform a variety of duties to support back-office operations including new account openings and account maintenance, check deposits and official check printing, as well as other operational functions as assigned. You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality control and remediation of any processing errors. You will mentor and support junior team members by leveraging your experience and ensuring adherence to departmental SLAs.

Responsibilities:

Perform various new account processing functions including onboarding and review, vesting changes and file maintenanceRespond to servicing tickets and customer research requestsPerform manual check deposits and print official checks upon requestOversee quality control for processing unit and ensure remediation when required.Adhere to departmental service level agreements (SLA) and help ensure SLA’s are met for processing unit.Mentor more junior level team members as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma1+ year's of prior experience providing operational support in bankingUnderstanding of banking products and servicesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using relevant software and systems
