Your Role:

Business Partnering/Analytics: Analyzing sales, trade margin, and expenses by portfolio, region, and customer segment, using digital solutions to track financial quotas, supporting capital requests, and actively participating in revenue initiatives and strategy development.Forecasting/Planning: Preparing and reviewing accurate sales forecasts, supporting efficient forecasting processes, ensuring forecast accuracy to achieve quotas, and planning resources effectively.Reporting and Closing: Generating timely monthly reports comparing actual sales against forecasts, highlighting business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and handling ad hoc reporting projects.Process Excellence/Internal Controls: Developing and documenting standard financial processes, improving the efficiency of the Controlling function, and ensuring best practices across departments.Internal Financial Controls and Compliance: Maintaining accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and leveraging best practices to minimize errors.

Who you are:

Solid experience in controlling or other finance roles.Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus.Financial Expertise and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, industry trends, and products, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, create networks across departments, and apply business judgment.Technical Proficiency and Growth Mindset: Skilled in TM1, MS Office, and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau), with a passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, and driving improvements through change initiatives.

Location in Latin America, preferably Brazil
