This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. **What You’ll Do** + Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey information to internal and external customers. + Build clear and concise messages aligned with the team’s goals and values. + Capture minutes and action of meetings with senior leadership and stakeholders and convey them in a clear and concise manner. + Take ownership of the Lease Administration and Transactions Management intranet to ensure the information is regularly updated and develop strategies to continually lead teams + Liaise with the account communications team to ensure that both Lease Administration and Transaction Management are informed and aligned. + Mentor teams on standard processes for communicating with stakeholders, landlords, and the client, including techniques for crafting persuasive messages and delivering impactful presentations. + Collaborate with the Process and Governance Supervisor and senior leadership to identify training needs and craft engaging programs, including onboarding, skill improvement, and leadership development. + Support senior leadership in managing organizational change by developing and implementing communication plans to ensure smooth transitions. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Communications & Training Analyst position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Communications & Training Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
