Sr. Compensation Analyst

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Administrator position will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the SailPoint identity governance and administration platform. The position requires hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC platform and candidate should possess a strong background in identity management, security, and compliance. The position will manage user identities, provisioning workflows, roles, and policies along with integrating third-party applications and systems.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SailPoint environment – including integrations, identity management process incidents. Monitor and administer user lifecycle events. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access and application integrations. Maintain and optimize identity synchronization between ISC and connected systems like Active Directory/SAP/ServiceNow Configure and maintain connectors to applications and third- party systems to ensure seamless identity management. Develop and manage role-based access controls workflows. Application integration and onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports.  Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation related to SailPoint configurations. Provide metrics and reports on identity governance.

Collaborate with business and other technical teams to ensure SailPoint is effectively providing organizational identity governance needs while aligning with compliance and security standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related work experience Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow is a plus Experience with Identity lifecycle management, rbac, entitle management. Experience with SailPoint connectors, API integrations  Experience with Access Management processes and concepts Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, such as PCI and SOX Strong knowledge on security, identity and access management technologies  Proficiency in scripting languages for SailPoint Experience with Enterprise Directory and Directory Integration (ITDS, SDS, AD, LDAP)  Service oriented and must work easily with end users and IT administrators and management. Strong ability to drive and lead conversations, and coordinate work among different parties  Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Be a quick learner and adapter and be willing to challenge oneself.  Excellent communication skills across IT and business teams 

Physical Demands:  Work is performed within a normal office environment with ambient temperatures and involving occasional reaching, stretching, bending and moving about.

Travel: No Less than 20% travel anticipated.

Work Conditions:  This is a general office position with standard business hours and the possibility of occasional on-call/after hour’s duties.

This position is classified as “in-office.”  As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays.  Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
