About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs that support our business strategy. This role requires strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
As part of our team, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with market trends. You'll also contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
+ Analyze salary benchmarks, compensation structures, and market trends to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
+ Apply logical and mathematical reasoning to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
+ Present compensation insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and structured manner.
+ Oversee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency in compensation and benefits administration.
+ Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
+ Data-driven mindset, with experience in compensation analytics, market intelligence, and modeling.
+ Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of the organization.
+ Proficiency in Excel
+ Fluency in English is required
+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
