​As a member of CIBC’s Employee Technology Services team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of critical projects that enhance our operational capabilities. As a Sr. Consultant, CIBC Square Operations, you will monitor and manage all aspects of service delivery related to CIBC Square operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the adoption of new technologies and processes that enhance operational effectiveness.  Examples of some initiatives that you might be involved with.  Planning and execution of the refresh strategy for employee technology ensuring that all updates align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency,  refresh planning and initiation, redesign efforts to facilitate the integration of Labs into CIBC Square, facilitate knowledge development and transfer as part of the transition to ongoing operations, Incident Management Support.

Leadership & Communication– Collaborate with senior leaders across the company and make informed recommendations to enhance our employee focused solutions. Weigh business needs against technology offerings, security concerns, accessibility and provide recommendations to improve the user experience, which are practical and achievable. Advocate to various levels of management of technology and business where our strategy impacts their decision-making processes.  Governance– Proactively contribute to governance initiatives in the development of company policies, audit requirements, standards, and guidelines. Provide guidance to technological and business oriented clients within and outside your own department.  Employee Engagement – Focus on employee experience and connect with people and teams to ensure CIBC Square is a great place to work. You will deliver trusted advice and technology solutions to meet employee needs.Relationship Management – Maintain relationships with business management to identify technology needs to support the CIBC Campus and align application services to support those needs. Establish and maintain stakeholder, client and senior management relationships. Deliver with speed: You can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively, with minimal oversight. You understand and support agile and waterfall methodologies, innovative thinking and ensure we’re delivering on time, within scope and budget, and are future-proofed.

Who You Are 

You can demonstrate experience in design, implementation and support of employee technologies (audio visual, network, print etc.) You deliver results in a matrix environment where they may not have direct influence on project resources. You must have previous experience establishing and maintaining stakeholder and sponsor relationships and you have experience in integration projects and keen interest in architecture and high level design.Your influence makes a difference.
