Pay Rate: $55 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Digital Innovation to join their team for 5 months of contract with possibility of extension. The role is 2 days in office in Downtown, Toronto.
As a part of the Digital Innovation team, as a Sr. Consultant, Digital Innovation you will report into the Director and will be accountable for supporting the development of strategic Digital solutions to user pain-points, through coordinating with cross functional teams, working with Digital Strategy and Digital Product teams. You're passionate about the intersection of business, design and technology and strive to explore how financial services can become a leading digital experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Strong background in customer experience & digital products, ideally with 5+ years of experience Excellent strategic analysis and thinking, with the know-how to interpret data and generate innovative and unconventional solutions You put our clients first. You engage with the purpose of finding the right solutions. You go the extra mile, because it's the right thing to do. You act like an owner. You thrive when you're empowered to take the lead, go above and beyond, and deliver results.
Must Have Requirement: Experience with Product management - 3 years Experience working with cross functional teams - 5 years Strong communication - written and presenting Experience with Jira and confluence - 3 years MS Suite experience - 5 years Experience in digital space - 3 years
Nice to Have: Banking experience Prior experience as a Product owner Experience with PowerApps Prior exp working on any IOS or android mobile apps.
