You will be encouraged and empowered to implement radically simple solutions, and you’ll work with a dynamic team that’s keen on sharing their knowledge with you. As a Senior Manager you will provide specialized advice and consultation in the research, analysis and coordination of activities related to process automation through the application of Desktop Automation and Robotic Process Automation. You will head process innovation initiatives that simplify processes, increase client focus and promote innovation. You will partner with business units to assess, plan, co-ordinate and deliver automation roadmaps and associated operating models. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent process and productivity improvements that lead to an improved client experience and profitable revenue growth. You are familiar with the banking environment and can navigate the organization to inspire change. + **Problem solving –** You can develop imaginative solutions and approach situations, problems and opportunities from various angles. You have experience planning, supporting and providing training and coaching in process engineering and other improvement methodologies to executives, process owners, process engineers, associates and others. + **Task achievement –** You have experience guiding and tracking projects to successful completion. You can provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused goals. + **Interpersonal Relations –** You have effective communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization. You can develop various strategies to convince others and build support for process improvement recommendations. **Who You Are** + **You can demonstrate experience in** Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing concepts and process engineering or a business-related function such as business analysis, operations, strategy development, organizational design, or information technology. It is an asset if you have experience with automation, Power Platform, PEGA, BluePrism, UiPath, or any automation software. + **You can demonstrate experience in** strategic planning, project delivery and benefit measurement in cross-organizational business cases and process automation.
