**_What Organizational Health and Labor Relations contributes to Cardinal Health_** Organizational Health & Labor Relations is responsible for promoting positive employee relations and monitoring employee trends that may escalate to adverse labor or workplace action(s). If those actions take place, Organizational Health and Labor Relations operationalizes resources to ensure direct employer-employee relationships. **_Responsibilities_** Organizational Health Engagement (OHE) Facilitation: + Partners with employees and leadership teams to build healthy culture. + Performs operational culture engagements at distribution and manufacturing facilities. + Gathers employee feedback through focus groups and other interactions. + Educates leadership teams on union awareness and best-demonstrated practices + Analyzes employee feedback to determine themes + Presents findings to leadership and recommends important actions. + Provides post-engagement follow-up. + Conducts 15-20 engagements, annually. + Travels to facilities 50% of time, with short notice at times.
