Join our LegalTech-Professional Services team at the earliest possible date at our location in Rheinbach as a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) - Legal Tech

 

Your Impact:

As a technical consultant (m/f/d) you are part of the "OpenText LegalTech Professional Services" organization and support us in the implementation of our Axcelerate applications. In these e-discovery solutions (electronic discovery), we combine artificial intelligence-based search and categorization processes with web-based interfaces to support the workflow in companies and public authorities.

After an intensive induction, you will use your talents in a wide variety of areas. You will get to the bottom of operational and data processing problems in our e-discovery application with a detective's instinct and work with our team to find the best solution for our customers. As part of the team, you will roll out our solution and keep it up to date.

 

What the role offers:

Close and trusting cooperation with our team and our customers Assistance with the implementation of proprietary platforms and technical support Reporting and documentation of technical and functional problems Updating and creating technical and user documents

 

What you need to succeed:

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training Ideally, you already have some experience with the implementation and operation of complex IT solutions and/or in IT support Knowledge of scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or Perl is an advantage. (Alternatively: experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C++ ) Ideally, you already have experience with XML and XSLT Ability to express technically complex and functional concepts clearly in speech and writing Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical environment and to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics Enjoy solving tricky problems where you sometimes have to think outside the box Business fluent in written and spoken German and English. -LM1
