You’ll make a difference by:

·       Working closely with the Service Delivery Managers of Hire-to-Retire and its enabling functions such as Delivery Management (DM), Operational Quality Control (OQC), Data Privacy and RIC

·       Facilitate deployment of quality framework, data privacy and risk & internal control systems

·       Drive continuous improvement in processes across H2R

·       Analyze, interpret and present data in a meaningful and concise manner

·       Mentor and upskill Delivery Excellence team

Your success is grounded in:

·       10yrs – 12yrs of experience.

·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is based in Bangalore. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you.
