Candidates must be in the Seattle area
Minimum of 9 years’ experience in a technical/pre-sales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer.Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and or related field or equivalent experience.Extensive experience in designing/engineering/consulting on LAN/WAN, Campus, Data Center, Security, and Cloud technology solutions.Extensive experience in implementing and operating small-mid-large-scale Campus and branch networks utilizing enterprise Networking and Security solutions.Extensive experience and depth of knowledge around the Juniper product line, key competitors’ products, solutions, and vertical market use cases.Long-established experience and hands-on expertise with networking industry technologies across routing, switching, and security technology domains from a pre-sale, operational or engineering point of viewSolid interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills with extensive experience in customer-facing sales activities (presenting, whiteboarding etc.) and Exec/C-level engagements.Recognized technical capability, ability to learn quickly, and apply skills in new protocols and applications and their context to customers.Deep understanding of Routing Protocols (IGPs, EGPs, Layer-2/3 VPN’s)Extensive experience of Campus network design (Access, Dist and Core layer)Extensive experience of datacenter network design (EVPN/VXLAN, Clos architectures, underlay fabric)Extensive experience of MPLS and WAN network design (LDP, RSVP, etc.)Experience in SONiC technologies or exposure to the SONiC open-source platform.Hands-on experience with either Juniper or other vendors solutions.

Minimum Salary: $215,424.00
Maximum Salary:$309,672.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $215,424.00 and $309,672.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
