Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Contracts Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX. The Sr. Contracts Specialist will be joining the global contracts team within supply chain and will be responsible for managing all vendor service contracts. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in contract review, drafting, and negotiations. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain detailed contracts management work processes ensuring best business practices and operational consistency across the organization. Daily, they will lead complex negotiations and will be responsible to ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. They will manage contracts with suppliers to ensure supplier compliance and will be responsible for evaluating supplier performance and participating in strategic planning to target future cost savings.
