You will join China Controlling Team and your main responsibilities are:
1) Plant industrial controlling
- Responsible for industrial controlling activities, covering 3 legal entities with two operational sites in Shanghai Jiading and one branch in Guangdong Foshan
- Operational performance review (material / labor / ovc / etc.) against BOM and routine, gap analysis, drive efficiency improvement and BOM/routine reliability
- Cost components review and analysis and cost reduction opportunities identification; lead annual cost update process
- Capex budget control and progress monitor, contribute to investment payback evaluation
- In charge of monthly controlling closing activities (result upload, analysis, reporting)
2) Business controlling
- Market/Industry/Competitors knowledge and business mindset
- Work very closely with BU GM, Global BU team; participate in monthly BU communication meetings; strong ability to communicate
- Strong ability to interact with other plant controllers (JV, HK, Yixing, shared plants which also have E&E business) to understand overall APAC BU performance
- Monthly forecast review, work with Commercial to identify opportunities and risks
- Sale price and contribution margin review by major product categories and customers; customer complain impact assessment
- Sensitivity analysis to support Commercial in annual contract negotiation
- In charge of annual management budget process
- Assist BU GM in annual target setting process, track and validate target achievement
- Provide financial opinions / assessments to all other E&E related activities, e.g., transaction flow design
