About This Job
The role of Conversion Specialist performs a critical customer-facing role as the primary contact for new RIAs and coordinates the seamless conversion of outside accounts and assets to AAS. You will work closely with a group of new RIAs to ensure all assets are converted to AAS in a timely manner, while training new RIAs on AAS’s proprietary platform and operations. You will troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise in the relationship, working in collaboration with all levels of AAS employees.Responsibilities:
Coordinates all operational functions supporting new business, including, but not limited to, establishing new RIA firm records on AAS’s host system, manipulating data files for account creation, populating forms necessary for new account establishment and custodial transfers, managing statements, and processing fee calculations and collectionsProvides advanced training and orientation for new RIAs on processes and systems via video conferencing and/or on-siteServes as an effective advocate for new RIAs as well as coordinates efforts among multiple departments to ensure prompt and consistent delivery of excellent customer service and supportInvestigates, escalates, and documents issues that threaten successful and timely conversion effortsTracks the status of each new client relationship throughout the conversion process and provides feedback to managementCultivates strong relationships with RIAs, while problem solving and resolving any issues that ariseServes as a subject matter expert for the rollout and implementation of functionality with particular emphasis on external features, while monitoring ongoing effectiveness and adoptionRequirements:
