Responsibilities:
Lead Change Control Process: Oversee documentation, review, and approval of changes in line with regulatory and company protocols.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with quality, regulatory, manufacturing, R&D, and other teams to implement changes while maintaining compliance.Documentation Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy of change control records and associated documentation.Monitor and Report Progress: Track ongoing changes, address delays or issues, and provide regular updates and detailed reports on change control metrics and trends.Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, securing necessary approvals before implementation.Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements, provide training, and support teams in applying best practices for effective change management.

You bring:
Bachelor's degree in Science, QA/RA, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a GMP environment, with expertise in Change Control processes and familiarity with platforms like Trackwise, SAP, or Documentum.Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards, including FDA, ISO, and GMP.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.Experience in project management is a plus, along with a highly engaged, team-oriented mindset.
