**12378BR** **Title:** Sr. Coordinator, Facilities **Job Description:** Maintain daily administration of the Facilities and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) departments which includes office and cleanroom manufacturing environments. Manage Compliance records to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Collaborate with outside contractors on projects. Job duties: + Investigate issues related to audit findings, NCR, CAPA and QAR by collaborating with various functions (e.g., Quality Assurance, R&D, Production, etc.). + Lead the preventive maintenance program within the confines of the annual budget. + Maintain preventive maintenance logs for janitorial, pest control, and cleanrooms for NCR, audit, and archive purposes. + Maintain and update compliance records and quality systems on all facility equipment including Fire Life & Safety systems. + Lead and coordinate NCR/audit related activities including compliance and monitoring of conformance to current processes. + Manage communication and scheduling of contractors and service providers. + Manage project invoices and purchase requisitions. + Track training records for EHS and Facilities documentation. + Maintain EHS training records. + Maintain and update office seating charts and space allocations on computer-aided design (CAD) drawings. + Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Auto req ID:** 12378BR **Location:** Aliso Viejo, California, USA **Department Name:** 705-Facilities-HQ **Qualifications:** 1. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Minimum three (3) years to five (5) years of relevant Facilities work experience. 3. Knowledge of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Good interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 7. Experience with Ariba system and coding. **Desired Qualifications** 1. General knowledge of EHS and Facilities management. 2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Preventive Maintenance Program. 3. Good math skills. 4. Basic Auto CAD. 5.
