Sr Coordinator, Paid Digital

(NYC based, 3 day a week hybrid in office schedule)

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Coordinator, Paid Digital for Todd Snyder will report to the Director, Performance Marketing and work hand in hand with members of the Site, Performance and Creative Marketing teams. They will be responsible for the revenue growth of various Paid advertising channels (Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.) as well as driving new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience with paid media channels and feels comfortable with reporting and KPI tracking. They will be proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Looker, project management and be a subject matter expert on Paid Social advertising and new customer acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Director of Performance Marketing in managing the paid media strategy. Support Todd Snyder’s paid channel creative strategy, focused on Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), PMax, and Display media. Lead creative briefing with strategic alignment from Brand and Performance teams, ensuring all assets align with creative best practices and brand objectives. Manage custom content workstreams (inclusive of influencer/creator content), ensuring programs are executed in accordance with campaign objectives. Measure and report on key channel / overall paid channel and web metrics via Looker, Google Analytics, Excel, Segment, etc. including but not limited to Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and more. Assist in overall channel planning, budgeting and forecasting. Project manage influencer and affiliate relationships to drive growth and brand awareness. Other responsibilities and relationships as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. 3+ years of digital marketing experience preferably across paid media. Proven track record of using a creative strategy to grow a Paid Social channel(s). High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. BONUS: Have previous Shopify / product catalog feed experience.
