Processes & Templates Maintenance

Centrally manage and monitor the legal & compliance processes and templates;Build-up and maintain corporate governance templates, including but not limited to board resolution, nomination of senior managers, articles of association, and etc.;Feasibility study for the establishment of LC Process Warehouse, digitalization of process control to improve the efficiency and reliability.

Regulataroy Risk Management

Maintain the governanc eframework for regulatory risks related topics, including but not limited to business continuity risk, operational risk, anti-trust risks, dawn raids, and etc.;Interfact to externals/regulators on relevant regulatory risks, and prepare report for internal communication;Lead special projects to mitigate the emerging regulatory risks.

Take initiatives in driving digitalization projects for legal and compliance, including but not limited to e-signature, document datacenter, LC gateway and etc.Be sensative and familiar with new tech and applications in legal and compliance field;Understand and explore the needs from the team and drive the needs through the internal process.

Chop Manage Support

Supervise the daily chop management and LR chop;Back-up the chop management;Monitor and continuous improvement of chop management process.

Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of legal and compliance.

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable law school or above, MBA/EMBA would be a strong plus;

Experience /经验

10+ years of experience in MNC with solid legal knowledge and stakeholder management experiences;Management experience would be a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese;Integrity, trustworthy, fast-learner and a good team player;Strong ability of execution and blending of legal and business knowledge;Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with mature personality and ability to manage key stakeholders;Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams;Simultaneously lead multiple tasks, managing competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
