Position summary: JMT is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator in the Washington, DC area for an exciting opportunity to work with the federal government. The position provides cost estimating assistance for design and construction projects using knowledge of design principles and practices to interpret, organize, coordinate, communicate and execute.

Essential skills and responsibilities

Experience providing cost estimating support to Architects and Engineers, including development of independent cost estimates on new projects, and evaluation of outside construction cost estimates Experience performing as a consultant in the establishment of project budgets Experience with cost estimating software such as RS Means
