Sr. Costing Manager
Overview

Support R&D projects margin orientation, provide costing reference for each milestone in a timely manner.

Responsible for finished footwear costing validation and negotiation and make sure products cost with accuracy and in reasonable market price range, provide the input of costing optimize suggestion during costing evaluation.

What You'll Do Take in charge of each round cost and material breakout submission with accurately and timely Review all cost breakdown (CBD in short) to make sure CBD gets alignment with BOM, costing number is consistent and logic, and material consumption is accurate Raw material initial costing audit and negotiation, raise up the issue right on the track; product efficiency data collection and evaluation, provide the input for final negotiation stage Work with factory and vendors for bi-annual cost adjustment validation and negotiation Work with factory and vendors on cost negotiating and understanding to achieve good price point or cost’s expectation Connect with factories to promote cost saving projects ideas or implementation Enhance a transparent costing model to in line with company’s costing strategy. Work with main components’ vendor to collect related data to support transparent costing model setup Work closely with Cross functional team to support cost review such as innovation project, cost reduction project, vendor audit and so on Review EBOM for each round of each season and do cost scenario accordingly. Update shoe cost of each season and material supplier quote in Centric timely Work with Crocs relevant team to verify unit price for off-line VA report, EO material report, shoes cost discrepancy and so on What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Experience:

- 5+ years of footwear costing experience

2. Knowledge:

- Familiar with shoe pattern usage and material percentage measurement by hand or PC

- Familiar with system operation such as Centric

- Well organization on costing record keeping and collection

3. Skills:

- Excellent English in both written and verbal, having Chinese is a plus

- Good at price negotiation

- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in excel

- Good collaboration and communication

4. Education:

- College and above
