Your Role at Delta Faucet: 
As a Sr. CRM Analyst, you will implement the CRM and Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and execution to drive enhanced customer experience, retention, loyalty, and account growth. This role partners with IS, channel marketing, channel sales, agencies, customers, consulting partners, and other external parties to deliver a high-impact CRM experience. As an individual contributor, you will partake in supporting the Salesforce implementation under the direction of the Salesforce lead. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Salesforce Strategy & Execution: Support the Salesforce strategy and execution, including the Salesforce project roadmap (B2B, OMS, etc.), Trade portal management, CRM/leads/contact management, system and data integration (leads, etc.), process mapping/purchase pathing/CRM management, rewards management, event tracking, lead scoring, and data quality/integrity. 

Training & Change Management: Build training and change management plans, onboarding procedures, SOPs, SOWs, form management (Formstack or Salesforce Forms), and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

Agency Coordination: Improve coordination with agencies on lead identification, opportunity management, and sales strategy. 

 

Qualifications: 

Experience/Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years in CRM analysis and management experience. 

CRM Expertise: Strong expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems. 

Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external parties. 

Strategy Implementation: Experience in strategy and roadmap implementation. 

Software Testing: Experience in software testing, including UAT and QAT. 

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and capture stakeholder input and feedback.

Hiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
