Unique Opportunity: Lead Intern - CSR & Sustainability Community Affairs

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Intern for our CSR & Sustainability Community Affairs team. Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and delivery of customer values alignment materials related to ESG commitments and programs.Analyze large data sets of customer surveys to extract insights and trends.Research and supervise customer ratings, awards, and social impact partners.Stay up-to-date on advancements and current trends in ESG-related fields.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent experience in a relevant field.3+ years of proven experience, with familiarity in corporate ESG reporting preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail, data collection, analysis, research, and effective collaboration abilities.Proven ability to take initiative, own projects, and stay organized while working across multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.Understanding of ESG, philanthropy, and/or sustainability issues in a corporate setting.Ability to perform quantitative tasks such as data gathering and analysis, Excel calculations and modeling, development of graphs and visualizations, and data QA/QC.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $23.04–$38.40.
