Sr. Customer Service Representative
Description We are in search of a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team located in EUGENE, Oregon. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide information about our products, handle and resolve complaints, and manage sales orders. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints about the products promptly and efficiently • Utilize CRM, ERP, and other systems for data processing and maintaining customer records • Coordinate operational activities, ensuring a smooth process from order to delivery • Manage customer communications via various channels like email, phone, web, and fax • Maintain key customer program stock inventory levels, ensuring optimum availability • Calculate and provide accurate sales price of products to customers • Recommend products based on customer needs, explain product usage, and provide technical information • Ensure timely answering of inbound calls and make outbound sales calls when necessary • Respond to and resolve customer problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction • Support trade show and industry events when required, representing the company and its products • Manage and promise orders based on scheduling using production booking systems Requirements • Proven proficiency in CRM systems. • Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently. • Experience in managing billing functions. • Ability to manage and coordinate delivery schedules. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. • Expertise in complaint resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
