Sr. Cyber Resilience Practice Manager
**Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required andMaster’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Related Field preferred + A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required + 10+ years of experience in consulting or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing consulting practices. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills to inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of excellence. + Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, financial management, and market dynamics in the consulting industry. + Client Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. + Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market trends. + Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex business challenges and develop effective solutions. + Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals.
