Join us to help make an impact. **Your Opportunity** We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Data Analyst – Clinical Decisions to join our Product Operations team and take full ownership of our data analytics platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and data to play a pivotal role in driving decisions that shape the future of our products. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, health informatics, or a related field, and is eager to work in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy. This role is critical in optimizing customer success and product management workflows, increasing efficiency, and providing insights to guide strategic product decisions. This is a remote position that is U.S based only (excluding U.S territories). **What You'll Do** + Own the data analytics platform for Clinical Decisions from end to end, including data ingestion, storage, processing, creating reports, and resolving data issues in reports. + Gather requirements and implement new reports and feature requests for Product, Engineering and Commercial Excellence teams. + Partner with senior leadership, product managers and customer excellence teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with overall product strategy + Consult with product managers and engineers who are seeking to build their own new reports, add data sources, or integrations. + Consult with data governance and privacy teams about our use of data throughout the Clinical Decisions organization + Design and maintain product performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) + Provide analytics support for product go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product feature prioritization + Monitor product success metrics and make recommendations for adjustments based on performance data **Your Team:** You will be welcomed as a member of the Clinical Decisions Product Operations team, which is a part of the Clinical Decisions Product team and works closely with key stakeholders, such as Engineering, Sales, Success and Marketing. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a enter the role title and your development and career growth at EIS. **About You** + Strong technical foundation and prior experience in a data analyst role. + Experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R). + Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. + Ability to facilitate effective communication across teams with various levels of comfort in understanding data, including the executive team, customers, editorial, marketing, production, and technology units​ **What sets you apart:** + Ability to move seamlessly between hands-on technical execution (like writing SQL queries) and higher-level strategic thinking (like designing KPIs to measure success). + Ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions before others notice a problem. + Degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field. **Pay Range** USD $86,155.00 - USD $123,075.00 /Yr. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
