LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst for a hybrid onsite contract opportunity with our financial client in downtown Dallas, TX!  LRS Consulting Services has been delivering the highest quality consultants to our clients since 1979. The Sr. Data Analyst will:

Communicate complex analytical work to a broad audience. Understand key business functions to understand drivers of data utilization and document requirements that advance analytic capabilities. Work with the Enterprise Data Solutions team to design solutions that meet the requirements.Execute delivery of data, organize business testing, and validation of data results.Identify management of data quality issues as part of an enterprise data stewardship program.Work alongside an Implementation Consultant on all relevant development tasks.Coordinate with the various SMEs, document and review data mappings, and facilitate creation of final design specifications.Perform data mining and write SQL Queries to uncover issues with data throughout the implementation.Prioritize and allocate time across multiple ongoing projects.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant business/technology fieldSubject matter expertise in finance and capital markets industries, with experience focusing on commercial debt products being especially helpfulExperience in Asset Management Platform (Everest or Wall Street Office preferred)Experience in developing performance analytics (data quality experience a plus)Experience translating business requirements to technical requirements in the financial / capital markets industries.Strong understanding of ETL processes and Data MappingsGood knowledge and experience in data warehouse management tools, principles, and processes. Good familiarity with multidimensional ModelingGood hands-on experience writing SQL queriesGood Business Analytical skillsetsAbility to lead and work with remote and offshore teamsAbility to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlinesCandidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employerCorp to Corp candidates will not be considered

Hourly rate between $20 - $125 per hour
