Sr. Data Analyst

The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for supporting Niagara Bottling plants and corporate teams through cleaning, manipulating, and conducting research on all manufacturing data, and applying this data to sophisticated analytics programs to drive decisions and support. Through leveraging key partnerships and developing a deep understanding of the business this role is responsible for delivering solutions to various business problems and drive process optimization across all domestic and international manufacturing plants.

Essential Functions

Data Analysis:

Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing performance reports that provide information used in the decision-making process of various initiatives/projects.Develop data models to aid in better understanding the impact of manufacturing activities to Key Performance Indicators of the manufacturing sites.Develop necessary manufacturing reporting and analyses for Plant sites and Plant regions.Collaboratively and independently assist in the analysis of data through extracting and defining relevant information.Work with Business stakeholders to identify value added analytical opportunitiesPrepare timely reports to highlight discrepancies in a dataset and accordingly suggest business rules to manage them.Provide analytical expertise and develop data analysis tools to assist in understanding and solving business problemsPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Content Creation

Develop innovative eLearning modules incorporating multimedia elements like high-quality videos, animations, and interactive simulations.Create compelling infographics and interactive exercises that enhance learning experiences.Translate SOPs into visually engaging formats, employing advanced instructional design techniques.Develop comprehensive storyboards outlining the structure, flow, and visual elements of multimedia presentations and videos.Conduct rigorous quality checks and implement feedback mechanisms to ensure content effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Project Management

Lead and manage complex curriculum development projects, establishing strategic timelines and milestones.Effectively coordinate and allocate resources to optimize project outcomes.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:4 Years   – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment4 Years  – Experience in Position2 Years  – Experience managing people/projects
