From building high-quality code to troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining databases, your expertise will be at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be involved in a variety of projects, providing solutions that directly support our team and customers. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** + Design, build, test, and deploy innovative analytical solutions to support Power Generation customers. + Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for existing solutions and maintain system performance. + Develop custom analytics based on client needs, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. + Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring seamless operations across platforms. + Analyze data and recommend actionable solutions to enhance system performance. + Create comprehensive documentation representing design, code, and system functionality. + Apply best practices in ETL processes and data engineering to enhance the quality and efficiency of data workflows. + Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to address technical issues and provide tailored solutions. **Required Qualifications:** + Proficiency in SQL, SSIS packages, Oracle, and Python. + Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. + Strong understanding of relational databases and database management. + Expertise with Maximo and creating flexible, straightforward system solutions. + Experience in troubleshooting and supporting complex technical issues. + Solid background in ETL processes and data engineering best practices. + Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working in the Power Generation industry. + Familiarity with data warehousing and large-scale data analysis. **Why Join Us?** This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to contribute to a growing industry with innovative, high-impact solutions.
