Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be playing a pivotal role in managing data related to operations, ensuring the accuracy of our records, and responding to related inquiries. Responsibilities • Accurately input data related to loan name changes using our specialized website. • Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information. • Resolve queries related to customer credit applications in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Monitor the status of customer accounts, implementing necessary actions as required. • Ensure all data entries are carried out with a high degree of attention to detail. • Manage a variety of data entry assignments • Continuously adhere to and improve data entry protocols to maintain data integrity. • Stay abreast of all updates and changes related to data entry procedures. • Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines. Requirements • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry role, preferably in the banking industry. • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools. • Demonstrated ability to input large volumes of data with high accuracy. • Strong knowledge of banking terminology and procedures. • Familiarity with banking software systems and platforms. • Excellent typing skills, with a speed that meets or exceeds the industry standard. • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion. • Flexibility to work in shifts, if required. • Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as technology evolves.
