Description We are in search of a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Irving, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations team, providing data entry support and liaising with contractors. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data from one system to another, maintaining the high level of precision required for this role. • Support the operations team by diligently entering data such as punch data, clock in/clock out times. • Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis to further enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data entry tasks. • Maintain communication with a large number of contractors, ensuring their data is accurately recorded and updated. • Offer support to the operations team, managing the data for 6500 contractors. • Ensure all records are kept accurately and data processes are accurate, contributing to the smooth running of operations. • Handle high-volume data entry tasks in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations team. • Resolve inquiries and issues related to data entry and contractor information, providing excellent support and service. • Monitor and manage contractor accounts, ensuring their data is up-to-date and accurate.
