In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decision-making. You will work closely with an assigned customer area to understand business needs, design compelling visualizations, and present findings in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Design, develop, and implement visually compelling and easy-to-understand interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Fusion Data Intelligence, Looker). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand business needs, analytical requirements, and key performance indicators ensuring that the visualizations meet their needs and support business goals. + Utilize data analysis and data storytelling techniques to present complex analytical insights in an engaging and digestible manner. + Review and monitor existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities to enhance relevance to dynamic and growing business needs. + Utilize SQL, Python, or other tools to query, analyze, cleanse, and transform data for visualization purposes. + Partner with data engineers and data scientists for development and optimization of data models, data extraction processes, and integration workflows to ensure a seamless integration of data sources and accuracy of visualizations. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. \#LI-remote #ADSI #Internalops **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
