Expected salary range of $124,200 to $138,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position provides fleet wide support for the functional area of Outage Management. Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of the dry cask storage (DCS) program processes/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for spent fuel loading campaigns (SFLC), ALARA practices, Technical Specification compliance, and DCS procedure development. Conducts assessments on the implementation of the DCS program and processes including observations made during the execution of the campaign. G&O not limited to Outage Management but also crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for SFLC preparation and execution. Performs the Alliance Manager role for AREVA/Transnuclear and Holtec relationships; reviews vendor performance trends and drives corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Supports the Director Dry Cask Storage with Peer team and business plan initiatives. Willing to Travel. ****This position can be filled at the following locations**** **Clinton - Clinton, IL** **Braidwood - Braceville, IL** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of DCS program process/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for spent fuel loading campaigns, ALARA practices, Technical Specification compliance, and DCS procedure development. + Provides oversight to ensure the station's SFLC plan and schedule is executed in accordance with Technical Specifications and in compliance with station procedures, processes and goals. + Provides corporate support for the campaign planning and schedule preparation and execution. + Conducts assessments on the implementation of the DCS program and processes including observations made during the execution of the campaign. + Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Reviews Exelon fleet DCS lessons learned; attends industry meetings and working groups such as HUG, TNUG, and NEI Spent Fuel Working Group; and reviews industry OPEX to identify best practices to be implemented. + Performs the Alliance Manager role for AREVA/Transnuclear and Holtec relationships; reviews vendor performance trends and drives corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. + Supports the Director Dry Cask Storage with Peer team and business plan initiatives. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + B.S. in Engineering or technical discipline with either 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Dry Cask Storage- related or Constellation Reactor Services experience + Non-technical 4-yr degree or any Associates degree with either 7 years of industry experience or 5 years of Dry Cask Storage-related experience or Constellation Reactor Services experience + High school diploma or GED with either 9 years of industry experience or 7 years of Dry Cask Storage-related experience or Constellation Reactor Services experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + The DCS Specialist is a position where various skillsets can be leveraged.
