Overview

HireRight is seeking a highly skilled, technical and experienced Sr. Delivery Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for the overall Portfolio of projects for our Enterprise Data Management organization from project intake through execution and delivery working with key stakeholders across the entire organization to include, but not limited to, executive leadership, finance, operations, sales, account management, product management, infrastructure, and software development. This role will report into the Sr. Director of Program Management as part of the Technology Program Management Organization (PMO).

Responsibilities Facilitate the intake, prioritization and governance of the overall project portfolio for the Enterprise Data Management organizationOversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle and execution of enterprise data and analytics projectsDevelop project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsTrack progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standardsAct as the liaison between technical teams (e.g., data engineers, Power BI developers) and business stakeholders across the organization, both domestic and internationalFacilitate and ensure there is clear communication of technical requirements and business objectivesTranslate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language when working with business stakeholdersUse a collaborative approach with business and technical staff to ensure solutions are well-rounded and address both technical and business needsDevelop and refine processes to better align data solutions with organizational objectivesEnsure best practices per the company’s data governance, quality, and security standards are met in all projectsCoordinate cross-functional project teamsDrive accountability and foster collaboration among team membersResolve conflicts and escalate issues as necessaryWork with stakeholders and SMEs in Sales, Account Management, Customer Onboarding, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance Work with technical team members primarily within the Enterprise Data Management organization but also with team members within Infrastructure, DBAs, software engineering and architectureFacilitate the delivery of projects using Agile principles and methodologies where necessaryHelping to plan and execute on launch activities for go to market and operational readiness based on change management for identified projects Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders located in the U.S. and Europe, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvementScheduling and facilitating project discovery, requirements gathering, peer reviews, stakeholder reviews, legal and compliance signoffs, project statuses and other meetings Qualifications 5+ years of project management and delivery experience in enterprise data or analytics environmentsExperience with business intelligence, data engineering, data transformation and data workflowsProven track record of delivering large-scale data or analytics projects on time and within scopeUnderstanding of SDLC especially Development, QA, UAT and release schedulesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and inspire others Ability to work with cross functional technical and cross functional business teamsAbility to identify, document and communicate blockersSomeone who drives accountability among team membersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and oftenStrong problem-solving abilities and critical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability to manage priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across technical and business teamsFamiliarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Experience with stakeholder engagement across multiple business unitsAnalytical mindset to assess project impacts and prioritize tasks effectively

 

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of enterprise data management concepts to include Data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrationsStrong understanding of data modeling and database design (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, or similar)Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or other BI toolsKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Version One, MS Project, Confluence, Rally or Grasshopper.

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred)Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (preferred)Data-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst) (optional but advantageous)
