ABOUT THE ROLE

Rimini Consult is seeking an experienced Sr. Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of ERP implementation projects for our clients. This role requires a strong background in IT project delivery, excellent consulting skills, vendor management, and professional services leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality execution, managing client relationships, and optimizing resource utilization through strategic vendor partnerships. He/she is expected to partner with existing internal and external subject matter experts in various technologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Project Delivery & Execution

Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success.Ensure adherence to best practices in ERP project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Collaborate with functional and technical teams to drive successful solution delivery.

Vendor and Resource Management

Build and maintain relationships with on-demand resource providers, and ERP consulting partners.Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure optimal resource allocation.Manage staffing models, ensuring the right mix of internal, contractor, and partner resources for each project.Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Rimini standards, and project commitments.

Stakeholder and Client Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.Facilitate executive reporting, status updates, and risk reviews for internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposal development, SOW creation, and resource planning.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Technical and Delivery Expertise

10+ years of experience in IT project management, ERP implementations, and professional services delivery.Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or others).Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and integrations.Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-vendor ERP projects successfully.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).Demonstrated experience building and scaling project management processes for new or ambiguous areas.Experience in a variety of delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Hybrid

Vendor and Resource Management

Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and offshore teams.Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contract terms and vendor SLAs.Experience working with staff augmentation models, consulting firms, or partner ecosystems.

Language and Soft Skills

Fluent in Korean and English.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).ERP-specific certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, etc.).
