Must Have Skills:
8+ years of experience with delivering SDLC projects (software implementations, configuration, deployments, and testing)  8+ years experience with Business Process Analysis/Re-engineering  5+ years experience with Project Delivery and ability to manage client and project sponsors expectations and relationships 5+ years experience with Project Management Methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Experience with IT Quality Assurance processes Scrum Master certification (CSM) Experience working with steering committees and senior leadership
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of Business Process Automation (BPA) tools Experience with Process Automation implementation
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery in a fluid Waterfall/Agile/Scrum environment Act as an Agile transformation champion while accommodating necessary Waterfall aspects Ensure effective communication and collaboration within project teams, stakeholders, and clients Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the internal team Submit status reports weekly or as per client request Run Sprint demos with process artifact walkthroughs and product increment reviews Conduct in-sprint QA of user stories delivered by the Scrum team Work closely with the Product Owner to define and refine user stories with acceptance criteria Provide thought leadership to client teams, identifying process improvements and opportunities Mentor junior team members and actively participate in team meetings Facilitate smooth information flow within the project team, company, and client Requires a balanced approach of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong comfort level with senior leadership and steering committee
