We have a current need for a Contract Design Engineer based in Warrenville, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Works with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages Supports the preparation of simple designs or small portions of larger projects, including calculations and drawings Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple technical analyses Conducts communications in a professional and clear manner; communications are timely and in an appropriate format for the topic. Self-checks work assignments prior to submitting for review, completes work with minimal errors. Participates in peer reviews and QC reviews. Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple technical analyses Applies technical knowledge to designs and ensures projects meet specifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited university Two years of experience in Gas Distribution  Knowledge of Computer Aided Design or GIS Design is a plus Strong work ethic with desire to work in a production environment
