The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SQL development, with a strong proficiency in T-SQL and stored procedures. As a Senior SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. How you'll make an impact Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, tables, views, and stored procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into efficient and scalable database solutions. Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and implementing best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability. Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the SQL databases. Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, including database schemas, data dictionaries, and process flowcharts. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in SQL development, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance database performance and efficiency. About You Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in T-SQL and stored procedures, with a deep understanding of SQL Server and its various components. Proven experience in database design, development, and optimization. Solid understanding of relational database concepts and principles. Experience with ETL processes and tools. Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines. Required Microsoft SQL Server certification. Experience with other database technologies, such as Oracle or MySQL. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
