Sr. Development & Transformation Project Manager (temporary contract)

• You have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management and/or Change Management experience within the Retail industry (or a similar high-volume, customer-focused environment) Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) • Plan and design the program framework and pro-actively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Be the primary point of contact for projects, building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners to gain buy-in and full cooperation so that the project objectives are achieved
• Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project
• Track and manage budgets and interfaces in a project, between projects, and with stakeholders
• Define and sequence activities in the project, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress.
• Plan resource, estimating costs, setting and controlling the budget.
• Build and lead a competent and high performing project team, involving appropriate competence and ensuring team cohesion
• Manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant
• Procure external service providers/vendors where necessary, continually securing an effective relationship and managing performance

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $ 89 700 to $ 116 000 and will be based on relevant work experience.
